About MyTrainTicket

MyTrainTicket is operated by Assertis Limited, which works with train operators and travel management companies to sell train tickets online through their own websites, as well as selling rail tickets direct to the public through MyTrainTicket.

Since April 2008 Assertis has provided online ticketing for both Wrexham & Shropshire and Chiltern Railways, both in partnership with YourRail who provide mobile and self-print ticketing fulfilment and scanning. In fact, Assertis and YourRail have together sold over 200,000 self print and mobile tickets, making them industry leaders in this area.

Assertis also works within the rail industry with train operators and other players assisting with on and off-line marketing strategies, website design and customer relationship management through our new product, Rail Insight.

Assertis is privately owned and is managed by a team with in-depth experience of both the rail industry and online design and usability.
