
Standard Delivery Terms
If you book your tickets two or more working days before travel*, you can choose to have your tickets delivered by Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day.
Providing you book on a working day before 2pm, your tickets will be delivered** before 1pm the next working day.
Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day costs £8.50 - your tickets will arrive in an unmarked envelope, together with a copy of your journey itinerary.
*Please note that in cases of extreme weather, you may have to allow more time for delivery or it may be wise to consider whether collection from a self-service ticket machine is a more appropriate option for your journey.
**The Royal Mail Special DeliveryTM Next Day service will deliver before 5.30 p.m. for some Aberdeen, Inverness, Perth, Paisley, Kilmarnock, Kirkwall, Hebrides, Shetlands and Guernsey postcodes. For a very small number of islands, delivery may take longer. Please see the Royal Mail Special Delivery ™ Next Day website for full details.
Please note that we can only deliver tickets to UK addresses (including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man). Delivery to addresses outside the UK is not possible; you should choose to collect your tickets from a self-service ticket machine instead.
